Hi! Theodora here. I hope you are well and enjoying your summer so far. I’m fundraising for my upcoming show and accompanying film project, “Mythos Theodora”. The show is a modern day Greek parable cabaret that chronicles the rise and fall of a tumultuous relationship, wrought with lust, heartache, scandal, and abuse. It is based on a real past relationship, one that left a mark on my heart and soul, and has inspired so much of my art since. “Mythos Theodora” will debut at Don’t Tell Mama NYC on October 24th, 2024 at 7pm. Told through the lens of a modern day Greek myth, it will be dramatic, illustrious, and campy all at once. This will be a full production - we are pulling out all the stops, including hiring a full production team of lighting experts, an amazing film crew, excellent musicians and directors, a fantastic writer, editor, and I’m sourcing props and costumes to make it all as magical as can be. I’m pouring myself into this project, and it is the most personal and important solo show I’ve done to date. It is not a small effort, and will only be possible with your help.
