<div><strong>About John Tillman:</strong>
</div>
<div>John Tillman is a decorated track and field Olympian who has spent over 25 years coaching and mentoring youth in his community. His athletes have gone on to:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Earn full and partial college scholarships
</li>
<li>Win State Championships across multiple events
</li>
<li>Compete at National Junior Olympic levels
</li>
<li>Maintain high academic performance and character
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Coach Tillman’s holistic approach to athletic development emphasizes mental strength, academic excellence, sportsmanship, and self-belief. His influence extends far beyond the track—he’s building tomorrow’s leaders.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why This Project Is Urgent:</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Youth sports programs across the U.S., especially in under-resourced communities, often lack access to modern training equipment. This creates a significant disadvantage for talented athletes who simply don’t have the tools to reach their full potential.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A report from the Aspen Institute’s Project Play shows that children from low-income families are six times more likely to quit sports due to lack of resources and support. Coach Tillman’s program combats this disparity—but he needs updated tools to stay competitive and safe.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Funding Goals:</strong>
</div>
<div>We are launching this campaign with an initial fundraising goal of $3,500 USD, which will cover critical foundational equipment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our ultimate target is $10,000 USD, allowing us to fully outfit the training program with the essential tools and advanced systems needed to elevate training outcomes and maximize athlete potential.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Who Benefits:</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Coach Tillman currently trains over 60 youth athletes annually, ages 12–18, from schools and neighborhoods that often lack access to elite coaching or facilities.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Your donation will:</strong>
</div>
<ul>
<li>Provide equal opportunity for low-income youth
</li>
<li>Increase college scholarship eligibility through improved performance
</li>
<li>Reduce sports-related injuries through proper gear
</li>
<li>Enhance confidence, self-discipline, and academic focus
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Success Story:</strong>
</div>
<div>“Coach Tillman believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. Because of his program, I earned a scholarship to a Division I school and became the first in my family to attend college.”
</div>

<div><strong>The Bigger Picture</strong>
</div>
<div>This campaign is about more than sports—it’s about equity, education, and empowerment. When young people believe in themselves, and have the tools to succeed, they carry that belief into every part of their lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Whether you’re a supporter of youth development, a track and field enthusiast, or someone who believes in giving kids a fair shot—you can make a lasting impact.
