Help Make Corey Smile Again

Corey is 6 years old living in Bethnal Green and, as of last week lived with his mother (a part time carer in the community) Wendy and Grandparents who helped raise him. Three weeks ago the entire household caught Covid. Corey and Wendy made a speedy recovery but then his Grandfather Fred took a turn for the worse and stopped breathing one day at home, he was rushed to hospital in an ambulance and the family were later called by the nurse to do a "Goodbye Zoom" call before he was put into a coma and on a ventilator, as the odds were stacked against him ever waking up. A call that no six year old should ever have to make. Tragically, a few days later, his Grandmother had a sudden heart attack brought on by the effects of Covid at home, with paramedics battling, and failing, to save her in front of Corey.
Five days later, whilst struggling with the grief of losing their beloved mother/ grandmother, they get the call they had been dreading, that Fred had passed away too, from Covid in hospital. Their beloved family going from four down to two in a matter of days.
Corey has the biggest heart, the sweetest kindest boy you could ever meet. He has never been on an aeroplane but loves transport, never been abroad but dreams of going to places he has seen in movies like New York. We would love to raise enough money to put a smile back on his face and give him a once in a lifetime trip to somewhere he has always dreamed of going to such as New York, or Disneyland. He has had his childhood innocence taken away from him in the space of a week, and seen things no other six year old should never have to experience. Please help us give him back his childhood and give him some sparkle he deserves, and put that gorgeous smile back on his face. He turns seven next month and we would love to give him a birthday present he shall never forget during this period of unimaginable grief.
