Help Makayla see

Little Miss Makayla is 7 years old. During her most recent visit to the eye doctor she kept saying she couldn’t do the tests, that everything was blurry. She was sent to Virginia Vision Therapy Center for a two hour long test to find out what was going on. The results showed out of the 24 testing catagories, she only age appropriate passed 5. The other 19 were a severe fail.Miss Makayla has been diagnosed with convergence insufficiency, disorder of eye vestibular function, and irregular eye movements. In short her eyes aren’t working together! She sees double. She suffers from severe motion sickness as well. She is struggling with school work, reading and working with computers.  It is highly recommended she receives a year of pediatric vision therapy. This therapy is not covered by insurance and is to be paid fully out of pocket. We are asking for help to get Miss Makayla the therapy she desperately needs!
