<div>Last Sunday, we welcomed Maggie, a sweet senior dog, into our family from Fort Worth Animal Services. Maggie was on borrowed time, and as someone who adopts senior dogs, I wanted to give her the chance to live her days in comfort and love. Maggie quickly became part of our hearts, but we soon discovered she was facing serious health challenges.

<div> Maggie has large mammary gland masses, including one that inhibits her ability to walk. After consulting with our veterinarian, we learned that she needs surgery to remove the largest mass, and may require additional procedures as other masses grow. Because of her age and cancer diagnosis, we are taking her care one step at a time, focusing on her comfort and quality of life above all else.

<div> The funds raised will go directly toward Maggie's surgery scheduled for the 15th, as well as her ongoing vet visits and medication. We are committed to giving Maggie the best possible care and making sure she feels safe and loved every day. We would be deeply grateful for any support to help Maggie get the treatment she needs and enjoy her golden years surrounded by kindness. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference for her.
