As you know, I have been an independent personal trainer for over 12 years. Since high school, I dreamed of opening a gym and now I am doing so. Metamorphoses Fitness gym will open, January 1st, 2026. A lot goes into opening a gym but i am determined with GOD'S wisdom and help to make this dream a reality. 
 
Metamorphoses Fitness — A Community Gym for everyone 
 
Our mission is simple but powerful: 

To help people transform their bodies, mind, spirit, their health, and their confidence through fitness, and nutrition — all in one welcoming, affordable space. 
 
Why This Matters 

 Many residents travel far outside the neighborhood for gyms that combine training, community, and nutrition. 
 
Metamorphoses Fitness will change that. 

We’re building a space where everyone — from first-timers to seasoned athletes — can feel supported, motivated, and part of something bigger. 
 
Our gym will feature: 

General fitness and strength training areas 

HIIT/Bootcamp and Calisthenics classes 

Recreational zone for ping pong and other fun sports 

Healthy café serving smoothies, snacks, and light meals 

Community programs for youth and local residents 

Food/Clothing drive to help those in need. Partnership with CLUB ADAM, INC. 

Monthly guest chef for easy meal prep/healthy cooking ideas
