I got Luna when I was 15 years old and I’ve loved her with every ounce of my heart for the past 10 years. She’s the sweetest, innocent, most affectionate little girl you could meet and she’s filled our lives with so much love and happiness. Recently she began having seizures and was diagnosed with a terminal nasal tumor that’s invaded her brain. I’m absolutely heart broken to know I won’t be able to spend the next 10 years with her laying by my side, but I’m determined to make her as comfortable as possible and give her all that I can in her last few months.
We’re raising funds to cover the cost of Luna’s palliative radiation, which will help ease her pain, give her a much better quality of life, and give her a few more months with us. Without it, her prognosis is 0-2 months. The donations would also go toward her MRI, seizure medication that she needs three times a day, and steroids to reduce the swelling on her brain. Every dollar will directly support Luna’s comfort and quality of life as we go through this difficult time together.
I want to thank everyone who has asked about Luna, spent time with her, checked up on us, or donated to help us get a little more time with her. She means the entire world to us, and it means so much that anyone would help our little girl feel a little more comfortable in her final months. Your support, kindness, and generosity are deeply appreciated, words can’t describe our gratitude.
