Help Luana Sustain Her Medical Expenses in 2022

My name is Luana Spinetti, I'm a 36 year old freelance writer and artist from Italy.

Since 2015, I've been dealing with PSAS (Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome) on top of my pre-existing physical (hypothyroidism, PCOS, early arthrosis) and mental health issues (anxiety, depression, agoraphobia, social phobia, sensory overloads).

My income has never been high because, for some still-undiagnosed reason, my brain doesn't tolerate more than 2-3 hours of continuous effort and it easily burns out, triggering psychosis (NOS) and panic attacks.

My journey began with a therapist in 2017, who urged me to see a neurologist and a psychiatrist. I did so in 2019-2020, before the pandemic and after losing my dad to leukemia, which triggered PTSD-like reactions (screams) and more psychosis due to its traumatic nature.

The neurologist put me on Lyrica (pregabalin), which was also confirmed by the psychiatrist, who added Tavor (lorazepam) for anxiety and Serenase (haloperidol) for psychosis, plus some melatonin drops to help me sleep. Lyrica calmed down the neuropathies in the genital area that forced me to masturbate often or have frequent sex and that were driving me on the edge of self-harm (or worse). It was like living again!

However, in 2021 the Lyrica dosage began to be too low for my nervous system, chronically inflammed by numerous hemorrhoids with a purulent and bleeding ragade that compress anal and genital nerves (first suspect cause of PSAS) and possibly nerve compression in the neck and lumbar areas of the spine (which I'm getting an MRI for soon - second suspect cause of PSAS).

The problem is that I have been unable to work (due to intense pain and deteriorated mental health) since September 2021 and my money is offically finished. I've filed a request for welfare aids for freelancers but that won't be coming before June 2022 and it won't be more than €250 anyway.

My family is helping, my fiance is paying the rent and many bills, but I still need more help, because right now I'm spending about €500/month in medical expenses (private visits, exams, blood tests, medicines, supplements, baby food when I need it; possibly I'll have surgery soon for the hemorrhoids).

Furthermore, my back issues are getting so bad I can no longer maintain balance when I stand or walk, nor I can carry weights, so I have to use crutches and/or a "rollator" walker (that I called Blue).

Being able to collect €5000 in donations would mean I'll have my medical expenses covered for at least 10-12 months, if not more.
