Help Loving Father Keep Children

This is an opportunity for all those men and fathers that got screwed by the courts and a vindictive ex-wife in the past to help a father not get rolled over by the court system. He does not deserve this treatment.
Like many men, that become fathers to wonderful children come to crossroads and find themselves being wrongfully accused of things that have profound effects on them as a man and father. Stefan is experiencing what many men before him have already experienced. You get married, have children only discover this person is not who you thought she was at all. A person that proclaimed would NEVER do what she is currently doing during those private and intimate talks that husbands and wives have.
A person that turns on you in the vilest of ways and attacks you in ways no one could have imagined. All done for one reason, to hurt you. Using the children as a weapon and extortion. When this all started because she became violent.
Late on the evening of December 15, 2017, Stefan was attacked by his wife. She had been getting more and more physically violent towards him over the past several months. (please understand I have listened to many audio recordings of her verbally and physically abusing him, many times in front of the children). This also started in front of the children. Without detailing the minute by minute (contact me and I will provide you with a copy of the police report) Stefan's wife calls the police. The police arrive, separate and interview everyone (including Stefan's daughter). With the witnesses testimony, the police decide that the wife is the aggressor and arrests her for domestic assault and Felony property damage. You see at one point Stefan locked himself in their bedroom and his wife was running down the hallway body slamming into the door which started coming apart. (she admitted doing this to the police).
Of course, Stefan doesn't want his wife to go to jail but the law requires that she does. Stefan "initially" refused to press charges. This allows his wife to be released on her Own Recognizance.
His wife used Sunday and Monday to plot to abscond with the children while Stefan was at work. Using the story of an early Christmas with her (Stefan's wife) biological father because he was traveling out of town during the holidays (which was not true). The wife informs Stefan that she plans on staying with her biological father and keeping the children until the court appearance for her assault charges (which was Jan. 4th 2018 at the time).
Stefan maintained that the children should be in their own home and beds while all this is going on. The wife claims she was afraid of Stefan's violent behavior. This is confusing to Stefan for obvious reasons.
This all happened on Monday, December 18, 2017.
On Tuesday, December 19, 2017, Stefan's wife agrees that the children should be at home and agrees to bring them home after she gets off work the following day. The children would be watched by Stefan's mother who lives in the home with Stefan's family until he got home from work. Stefan's wife arrives at the home with her stepfather and sister, then proceed to surreptitiously remove property through the garage. She did not bring the children home.
On Thursday, December 21, 2017, Stefan is served with divorce papers as well as an Order of Protection at his place of employment. The Order only included the wife. Stefan was only allowed to contact his wife via text message and the conversation could only pertain to the children.
Stefan was denied visitation by his wife for 26 days. His wife attempted to have the courts add the children to the Order of Protection (there was a hearing where the judge denied that after learning Stefan's wife was the one that is facing assault charges)? The Judge was not very happy about that and scolded her in open court.
Stefan's wife also filed a motion with the help of a law firm to get sole custody. The Judge did not rule on this again, because of the criminal charges and accusations leveled at Stefan. The Judge did not "Order" Stefan's wife to allow visitation but did broker an agreement. Supervised (by Stefan's wife's stepmother) visits. Stefan accepted these terms (as ridiculous as they are) because he just wanted to see his children.
Now that you have some background here is the ask. Stefan really needs an attorney for the upcoming hearing. His wife has lawyered up and that put Stefan at a big disadvantage.
