Louise is my best friend and one of the strongest and inspirational people you could ever meet.
She moved to the UK on an Ancestry Visa after leaving an abusive marriage, and met the love of her live, Simon - who she married in July 2019.
Louise has helped me in more ways than you can imagine and she doesn't even know it. She's helped me accept myself and open up about my own personal issues in life. Give me the strength, to be honest about not being ok mentally. Always being that someone who you can rely on no matter what they're going through. She will fight for what she believes in and do anything for anyone. Words can not describe how outstanding she is. This woman doesn't give up on any challenge she's faced and will work every hour of the day to earn her own money and take care of her family even if this leaves her with nothing for herself.
All while dealing with her own health issues, and an international custody battle, and endless immigration fees.
Long story short; Louise’s career in the arts, and subsequently her income have been so severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic that she needs help to pay the immigration fees to gain her Indefinite Leave to Remain and British Citizenship.
While she was Born in Australia (first generation), her Mum is English, and both sets of Grandparents are all British. Louise has a BRITISH identity and deserves to be allowed to stay in the UK.
Let’s give back to the woman who’s given so much to us and help her stay!!
