Hello, my name is Lloyd “LJ” Harrison, and I’m a world-class boxing and fitness trainer based in Detroit, Michigan. For the past 10 years, I’ve had the honor of training and mentoring athletes of all ages, helping them compete at the highest levels of their sport.

Over the years, Superbad Fitness has grown into a nationally recognized powerhouse—home to top-tier athletes and world boxing champions. We are a family-oriented gym fueled by passion, love, and a relentless spirit of competition.

I’ve personally funded the gym’s growth up to this point, but as our community and athlete base continue to expand, it’s time for us to grow with them. There’s an unused section of our building that hasn’t been touched in over a decade. I plan to renovate and transform this space into a modern fitness center that aligns with today’s science and technology, ensuring our athletes have access to the tools they need to evolve and excel.

The vision includes adding a new basketball court, a larger and more advanced weight room, and general upgrades to the remaining areas of the facility.

To bring this vision to life, I’m asking for your support. We need help covering the costs of these upgrades as well as continued travel expenses for our athletes to compete at national and international levels. Any contribution big or small, would mean the world to us!
