Help Liz Frame and the Kickers Hit the Road!
Hello friends!
It has been a tough year for all of us, but especially for touring musicians. I'm one of the lucky ones; I don't rely on touring to make my living. Nevertheless, I DO rely on it to keep my sanity (not really, but kind of)!
The Kickers and I have been lucky enough to hit the road every summer since 2013. That came to a screeching halt in 2019, when my 87-year-old father, whom I was the primary caretaker of, became very ill and ultimately passed. Then came COVID. The result is that it's been three years since the band and I have been out there — and we are itching to get back at it!
We've put together a very fun tour that includes Nashville, Knoxville, Asheville and other cool (well, they'll actually be sweltering hot) places in the WVA, MD, DC area, and will be out on the road for over two weeks, starting on 8/22. This tour will be in support of a brand new 6-song Kickers record, called Firefly, which can be yours with any amount you donate here! Just message me your address and I'll send you a physical copy (the digital release is still months away). All proceeds raised will go directly to the cost of our tour — gas, food, lodging — all that good stuff that musicians need when they're away from home (and day jobs!) making music!
