Hi my name is Corinna. I'm fund raising for my friend Lisa who I have known for two years. She is one of the most selfless people I know. She has FND, ELS3, POTS, Fibromyalgia and something else I can't remember atm...

Lisa has a 22 year old daughter with autism living with her and a therapy dog Oscar (who is the boyfriend of my dog Cosmo). Lisa is a life coach and mentor for parents of autistic children and she also runs a craft club. She is up each day at 7, getting her daughter to work, getting the dog walked and then getting in with her day-all in her wheelchair. Her optimistic positive attitude astounds me knowing the pain she lives with.

Lisa got sepsis and went into hospital, she came back out and was admitted back in again after her POTS kicked in and she was found in the floor of her bedroom. She had carers but I can honestly say that I think their lack of care put her in hospital. This lack of care has continued since she's been in hospital. She has lost the little mobility she had, she is tired all the time. The nurses have tried to give her food she is allergic too, they've twisted her ligaments, given her covid, and last week sometime tried to make her swallow an enema. She can't get physio regularly and is being left in a wet bed.

I want Lisa home, getting the care that she needs, but this comes at cost.

I also want Lisa's daughter not to worry as Lisa is having her benefits taken away whilst in hospital.

Any donations would be gratefully received. They would go towards support for Lisa (physio, therapy and additional care at home), dog walking, support for her daughter (incl transport to work). I think Lisa would be back to normal in three months with this care. She is currently going down hill in hospital and its awful to watch.
