On Monday January 15th my mother's mobile home was damaged by fire. Her home didn't burn to the ground, but everything was destroyed by smoke. She lost clothes, food, and many setimental items that belonged to my dad that can't be replaced. She has insurance but they only want to pay her a certain percentage because the structure wasn't totally destroyed. She has had quite a few of out of pocket expenses that her insurance company says don't qualify for reimbursement. Any help would be greatly appreciated. God bless.
