My name is Hannah, and I’m raising funds for my 12‑year‑old little brother, Lincoln, who was recently diagnosed with ALCL (Anaplastic Large Cell) Lymphoma—a rare and aggressive form of childhood cancer. Nothing can prepare your family to hear the word “cancer,” especially when it’s about one of the youngest. One moment, Lincoln was playing lacrosse, going to school, and counting down the days until Christmas. The next, he was in a hospital bed facing chemotherapy and a diagnosis no child should ever have to hear. Lincoln is the youngest boy in our family, and watching him go through intensive chemo has been heartbreaking. The treatments leave his small body exhausted, nauseated, and in pain—side effects no child should ever have to endure. Yet even on the hardest days, he shows a strength far beyond his years. His mom, Marie, has been by his side through every treatment—sleeping in hospital chairs, comforting him through the toughest moments, and staying strong even when she’s completely worn down. To be there for Lincoln, she’s had to take significant time off work, adding even more financial strain to an already overwhelming situation. Our family is doing everything we can to support him, but the medical bills, travel, and lost income have created a burden we simply can’t carry alone. We’re asking for help so we can focus fully on Lincoln’s healing and give him every chance to get back to being a kid.
