My modest 3-bedroom, 1200-square-foot house was more than just a structure—it was where my life's most cherished moments unfolded. It was the place I brought all three of my children home from the hospital as newborns and watched them grow into the remarkable young people they are today: Santiago (18), Irene "Jojo" (16), and Carina (13).

While we are incredibly grateful that everyone is safe, our home and all the treasures and memories it held are gone.
