<div>Anyone who knows Lewis Johns and Mary Morgan knows that their son Wyatt is the center of their world. At 8 years old, Wyatt has faced more challenges than most will ever know in an entire lifetime. Wyatt and his twin sister Hannah were born at only 25 weeks on March 10, 2017. After spending months in the hospital, Mary and Lewis were overjoyed to finally be able to take Wyatt home. During this time though, they also experienced the immeasurable pain of losing Hannah.

<div>Over the last 8 years, Wyatt has been diagnosed with a form of Brittle Bone Disease and Kidney Disease. Two weeks ago, Wyatt was admitted to St. Louis Children's Hospital and a diagnosis of Epilepsy was added. Lewis and Mary were also told that Wyatt's Kidney Disease had progressed to Stage 5. This means that Wyatt will begin dialysis soon. Two days ago, Wyatt underwent surgery to have a G-Tube inserted as well.

<div>Along with the obvious stressors that a lengthy hospitalization causes, there is also the financial strain that occurs when caring for a child with complex medical issues. Prior to his hospitalization, they were a two-income family. Currently, that is up in the air as someone needs to be able to stay with Wyatt in the hospital, and once he comes home, his medical needs may dictate that a parent stay home to take him to dialysis, doctor's appointments, therapies, etc.

<div>Many friends and family members have asked how they can help, and after talking with Lewis and Mary, and getting their approval, we decided to set up this GoFundMe campaign for them. <strong>The money donated will go directly to Lewis and Mary and would be used by them to help pay Wyatt's medical bills, any necessary equipment or items they need directly related to Wyatt's care that insurance won't cover, as well as household bills and day-to-day living expenses that they may need help with.</strong>
