Help Leroy run and play again

About 6 months ago Leroy was noticed to have a limp after looking at his hind leg for anything lodged into his foot there was nothing found. Leroy was watched to see if his limp went away or got worse, it got worse so he was taken to a vet and we were told he had pulled a tendon and to try to keep him off of it as much as possible. After a couple of more months had gone by Leroy was not improving he infact seemed to be getting worse. So again Leroy was taken to the vet this time a different one and again we were told he had pulled something in his leg and to keep him off of it as much as possible.  It has now been about 7 or 8 months and now after taking him back again we were told that he has pulled tendons in his achilles heel. He is now hardly able to walk and in no way is he able to run at this time.  Leroy needs to have this operated on to repair it and very soon if he is to continue to be able to walk he may not be able to run like he used to love to do but his being able to walk outside is something we would like for him to be able to do. Leroy also has a heart problem which if over excited for long periods of time causes him to sneeze and cough which is first signs of his heart problem and we need to give him medication for this. I have had Leroy since he was a puppy he is a very smart dog and has been trained to do many things. Leroy is my buddy I have been able to take him to all kinds of different places and would hate to see him excluded from outings he loves the outdoors especially the snow.  Being able to care for Leroy has been hard as far as costs and I have barely been able to do so but this problem is something I just can not do because of covid-19 and the loss of work. I would be so grateful for any and all help that would allow me to get Leroy's leg fixed and someday would like to help someone else who is in need.
