Help Leonidas as we Examine his Condition

Leonidas is a one-year-old tabby who is absolutely precious. He has a very friendly outgoing personality. Unfortunately, Leonidas has a head tilt and weak back legs. We are not sure what has caused this, whether he was born with this condition or it is a result of some sort of trauma.
Although Leonidas has been at Burlington Humane with no health issues (other than his head tilt) since January 9, he stopped eating on January 21. His head tilt was observed to be getting increasingly worse. He was rushed to a veterinary emergency clinic suffering from dehydration and nausea. The emergency clinic is recommending a neurological assessment to determine future treatment. Unfortunately, the assessment will cost up to $5,000 and then treatment will be recommended based on the assessment results. Can you help Leonidas? Every little bit will help get this boy the treatment he requires.
