On September 28, 2025, our beloved Leonard “Lenny” Gavett died by suicide, leaving behind a heartbroken fiancé, grieving children and grandchildren, and a community struggling to make sense of this loss. Leonard was intelligent with varied interests and love for his family. His sudden passing has left not only emotional devastation but also significant financial burdens for those he cherished most. 
 
As his fiancé and family work through this emotional and painful transition, the urgent need for stability has created a heavy load—one no family should bear alone.
