We may each call him by a different name, but there is one thing we all have in common when it comes to Leonard Howard - we've been touched by his kindness, his generosity and his genuine love for life. We call him Dad - and like you, he has always been there for us. Now it's our turn to be there for him.
Our Dad is waging the biggest battle of his life. Less than a month ago, he was diagnosed with stage IV kidney cancer. Unfortunately, his cancer is aggressive and has spread to his thoracic spine and ribs.
With one surgery already behind him, he has chosen to attack the cancer and start his treatment immediately. Although his journey has just begun and many challenges lie ahead, he will not back down.
His insurance covers most of his medical treatment, but unfortunately the cost of fighting cancer is tremendous. There is still an overwhelming amount that his insurance does not cover.
We are asking you to join his fight.
