TRAGEDY AFTER BIRTHDAY: Dallas Man Loses Eye in Rockwall Crash

ROCKWALL, TX — Just one day after celebrating his 44th birthday, Leon Davis, a loyal follower of Dallas Crime Breaking News, suffered a life-changing accident.

Leon was driving late at night when he suddenly began feeling “funny.” Moments later, he blacked out behind the wheel and crashed head-on into a tree. Thankfully, no one else was hurt because of the late hour.

But what happened next changed his life forever. After the impact, Leon briefly came to—resting his head on the steering wheel—when, minutes later, the airbag suddenly deployed, slamming into his face.

The crash left Leon with devastating injuries a broken ankle with the bone exposed, his car completely totaled, and most heartbreaking of all… permanent loss of sight in one eye

Leon is now unable to work, has no health insurance for rehab or aftercare, and has no family to lean on during this painful time.

Please—let’s come together for Leon in his time of need.
