Help Leo Heal From Leukemia

Leonardo Morales is a 32 years old expat from Colombia, currently residing in the UAE. He is married, father of two beautiful daughters  ages 5 and 6 and sole financial provider for his family. His love for his family and God is immense and they are the heartbeat of his life existence. 

Leonardo is well loved, respected and cherished amongst his community, friends and family due to his personal dedication to helping others to endure uncontrollable life hardships. Along with his wife, recently  he was part of a group who worked to help those most in need during the  COVID pandemic in his home country. He has also donated financial and personal time to remodel low-income schools in his home country as well as providing support to entire families when they needed it most.
 
Unfortunately, Leonardo has been stricken with his own hardship; in August 2020 he was sadly diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He has been treated with six different variations of Chemotherapies. However, the treatments have not proven to be effective against his disease thus far. The next stages of potential treatments require him to undergo bone marrow transplants. This type of transplant treatment is not currently performed within the UAE therefore he must be referred to another country for further testing and location of a compatible donor.

Unfortunately due to unavailability of this procedure by local institutions, his medical insurance will not assist with any treatment and associated, travel, relocation and life costs incurred.  Therefore, he must bear the extensive financial burden of all medical treatments, transportation and related follow on expenses.
 
Leonardo's condition is rapidly progressing which forces him to be in a literal race against time so that he can continue to enjoy his family, grow old with his beloved wife, watch his two young beautiful daughters grow up and to continue with his passion of helping others in need.
 
We are inviting everyone to help  someone who has given so much for others and assist him and his beautiful family the ability to fight through this life hardship.
