I'm asking for donations and assistance for my son, Layne, to help him pay current medical bills & future medical bills which would include one & possibly two surgeries.

He's 34 years old, married with 2 children.

What started out to be what he thought were minor aches, pains & injuries over the past 11 years and has this year turned into a debilitatingly painful & rapid downhill deterioration of the discs in his neck & spine along with severe nerve pain.

He has struggled severely with managing his mental, emotional and physical health.

Since May, he can barely sleep, has to force himself to eat and has lost a total of 50 pounds.

He's 5'10" and currently only weighs 148 lbs.

Up to now, he has been treated with Multiple rounds of injections costing $1500 - $3000 per appointment which has all been out of pocket.

If the injections work at all it's only been up to 24-48 hrs of minor relief.

Even with insurance, he has accrued a huge amount of medical debt due to not being able to work & being on medical leave.

He still needs to have one & possibly two surgeries performed by a nerve & spine specialist which will include follow-up care such as pain management, physical therapy, other medications and all while struggling to meet his monthly household bills and provide for his family.

He has always been caring & friendly and helped his family, friends, neighbors and other community members every chance he could.
