Help Layla Fight Breast Cancer and Stay Strong

Hello, my name is Layla Medina, and I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult moments of my life. I’m a single mom who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I’m scheduled to begin radiation treatment in the next couple of weeks, and while I’m trying to stay strong for my child, the reality is overwhelming. Unfortunately, my insurance does not cover the full cost of treatment. On top of that, my doctors have told me that I won’t be able to work during radiation, as I will likely be extremely fatigued and physically drained. This means no income while the bills keep coming. To make matters even more challenging, I have to move by October. The expenses of relocation, combined with uncovered medical costs and everyday living expenses, are more than I can handle alone right now.

I’m asking for help to cover:

-Out-of-pocket medical costs for radiation treatment

-Rent, utilities, and basic living expenses while I’m unable to work

-Moving expenses for my upcoming relocation
