My son, Montrell J. Nover, was a vibrant 19-year-old whose life was tragically cut short on April 8, 2026, due to gun violence. He was a young Black man with so much promise, and his loss has left our family devastated and searching for answers. Montrell was loved deeply by his family and friends, and his absence is felt every day.
