We’re rallying around a true warrior—our beloved friend, sister, and healer, Lauren Light.
Lauren has spent over 30 years battling a devastating, invisible illness, Ulcerative Colitis, that has stolen her health, stability, and nearly her life. She carried this burden silently for decades, hiding her pain behind smiles, pushing through life while her body waged a private war.
In 2021, everything changed. A catastrophic flare-up forced the removal of her entire colon. Since then, Lauren has endured 5 major surgeries, lived with multiple ileostomies, and survived near-fatal complications including sepsis, failed ports, and prolonged hospitalization.
And yet she’s still standing. Still fighting. Still believing in healing.
But she can’t do it alone.
Lauren is now 6 weeks post-op from her latest surgery. She’s chosen to pursue one final, high-risk j-pouch reconstruction to give herself a second chance at the life she deserves, free from constant medical crises. The first j-pouch failed due to surgical error. This time, she’s entrusted her care to one of the top specialists in the world. Her next surgery is in 2 months.
Lauren’s fight is about more than survival. It’s about reclaiming her power, her purpose, and her calling. She’s a gifted lightworker whose deepest desire is to help others heal. But before she can fully live that mission, she needs time, care, and resources to heal herself
on every level: body, mind, and spirit.
She has a strong medical team. What she needs now is energetic and holistic healing support to address the trauma, exhaustion, and deep physical toll of years spent in survival mode.
