I understand that government assistance will eventually be there to help our communities; however, with so much demand, the help is at least 1 week out just to review applications for assistance such as the 211 line and FEMA, which are currently overwhelmed and trying to situate each family for a place to stay and process a space for each family to regain their livelihood again.
