Help Laura Shea's Fight to Recovery

Laura Shea is battling back from brain surgery to remove a tumor that was dormant for years but reared its ugly head with ferocity this summer. 

Laura's prognosis seemed good post-surgery but then she returned to the hospital in excruciating pain.  She was then placed into a medically induced coma to aid her recovery and ease her pain. 

While in the hospital Laura contracted a bacterial blood infection resistant to common antibiotics, sustained several small strokes in her brain and has experienced numerous seizures - all significantly complicating her medical care and recovery plan. 

Medical bills are piling up and Joe is likely to move Laura to a facility more capable of dealing with her complicated care. Our goal is to raise enough so the Shea family can continue to focus on Laura, her care and surrounding her with the best medical team possible. 

We know the Shea family is strong and will get through this, but it will easier with a little help from friends!
