<div>Laura e Kelly, duas irmãs que moram na Irlanda, estavam no Brasil de férias quando sua família passou por uma tragédia. A irmã mais nova, Ana, vivia em um relacionamento violento e abusivo e recentemente pediu ajuda da família para se separar, mudando-se para a casa dos pais com seus dois bebês.

<div>Na madrugada de 16 de setembro, o ex-parceiro de Ana, que não aceitou a separação, invadiu a casa armado com facões e violentamente atacou a família. Ao tentarem se proteger e proteger uns aos outros, Laura, Kelly e os pais ficaram gravemente feridos, e Laura precisou passar por cirurgia. Felizmente, todos sobreviveram e o agressor foi preso.

<div>A família voltou para casa, mas o episódio traumático deixou enormes desafios: recuperação física, trauma emocional, tratamentos médicos, terapias e custo jurídico. Além disso, eles precisam cuidar de Ana e de seus dois filhos pequenos neste momento tão difícil. <div>Laura and Kelly, two sisters who live in Ireland, were in Brazil on holiday when their family experienced a tragedy. Their younger sister, Ana, had been in a violent and abusive relationship and recently asked for help to leave, moving into her parents’ home with her two babies.

<div>In the early hours of 16 September, Ana’s ex-partner, who did not accept the separation, broke into the house armed with machetes and violently attacked the family. While trying to protect each other, Laura, Kelly, and their parents were seriously injured, and Laura required surgery. Thankfully, everyone survived, and the attacker was arrested.

<div>The family returned home, but the traumatic event left enormous challenges: physical recovery, emotional trauma, medical treatments, therapy, and legal costs. In addition, they need to care for Ana and her two small children during this very difficult time. Your donation or sharing of this campaign will help provide safety, care, and hope so they can rebuild their lives. Any support will be greatly appreciated.
