Help Laura and Carole Get Back on Their Feet

I really did not want to do this, but just don’t see any other option. At the end of July I started having pain in my right leg, which in just a couple of day, went from bothersome to excruciating. I could not work and could barely stand and driving hurts even more.   I had an MRI done which has shone a compression of my spine on the sciatica nerve. I am trying physical therapy, but I can’t go back to her too much as every visit is $75.00. My regular co pays are $35 which is also tough to handle .  

For the last month I have not even been able to go see Carole in the nursing home as it just hurts too much to drive.  I feel so lonely and so depressed just not knowing how I’m going to pay the bills or when this pain is going to get better.   Every night for the past week I have cried myself to sleep not knowing what I am going to do.

I have been off of work since July.  I have used up all my paid leave and am trying to get short term disability, but Kaiser has messed up the paperwork so I have no money coming in.

I  have another doctor appointment on Sept. 13 so I am off work until then. I know times are tough for everyone, so if you can’t donate I understand.  I just ask if you read this I would greatly appreciate if you can share it with your friends.
