<div>This is not wellness. This is war against stigma.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Northern Ireland has the highest suicide rate in the UK. People are struggling in silence, and the conversations we're having about mental health aren't reaching the people who need them most.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That's why we created <strong>JustMental.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>What is J<strong>ustMental</strong>?
</div>
<div><strong>JustMental</strong> is a mental health lifestyle platform built on raw, honest conversations, no clinical jargon, no sugar-coating, just real talk from real people who've lived it. We're launching a multi-platform ecosystem that includes:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>JustMentalTalk</strong>: A podcast featuring unfiltered mental health conversations
</div>
<div><strong>JustMentalWear</strong>: Apparel that sparks conversations and breaks down stigma
</div>
<div><strong>JustMentalWellness Box</strong>: Monthly subscriptions supporting mental wellbeing
</div>
<div><strong>JustMentalClub</strong>: Retreats and community spaces for connection and healing
</div>
<div><strong>JustMentalBooking &amp; Connecting Therapist Directory</strong>: A searchable platform connecting people directly with qualified therapists—making it easier to find the right professional support when you need it most
</div>
<div><strong>JustMentalSupportNetwork</strong>: A community platform for peer connection and support
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why We Need Your Support</strong>
</div>
<div>We've built the foundation, but we need funding to:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Complete our website and podcast production
</li>
<li>Build and launch our therapist directory platform
</li>
<li>Launch our first product lines
</li>
<li>Market to reach those who need us most
</li>
<li>Partner with NI mental health charities (we're committing to profit-sharing)
</li>
<li>Create free resources for people in crisis
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Our Mission</strong>
</div>
<div>To own the conversation around mental health, create spaces where people feel seen and heard, connect people with professional support, and build a community that fights stigma every single day.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Your Impact</strong>
</div>
<div>Every pound you contribute helps us reach someone in their darkest moment and show them they're not alone. You're not just funding a business,you're investing in a movement that could save lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for standing with us in this fight.
