Hello,

My name is Nelly Folefack. I am a social worker and the founder of UCBH – Community Unity for Holistic Well-being.

UCBH is a community initiative based in London, Ontario. Our mission is to provide front-line support and human connection for newcomers, families and individuals navigating life transitions.

London has many valuable organizations that provide important information and services. UCBH aims to complement this ecosystem by offering something different: personalized guidance, listening and community connection.

Sometimes people need more than information. They need someone to help them reflect on their situation, understand their options and feel supported while taking their next steps.

Through UCBH, we want to create a welcoming community hub where individuals can receive:

• personalized guidance and orientation

• support in navigating services and opportunities

• community connection and peer support

• workshops that strengthen autonomy and confidence

This campaign will help equip our first small office so we can begin offering these services to the community.

Funds raised will help purchase essential equipment such as:

a computer

• a printer

• basic office furniture

• materials for workshops and information sessions

Every contribution will help create a space where people feel supported, connected and empowered.
