Hi,

My name is Lani and I am the sole provider for seven children. I recently became very ill and had a double lung transplant. I am finally home but I have a long road of rehabilitation ahead of me. I was in the hospital for 6 months. Im now learning to breathe, walk, eat and activities of daily living all over again. I currently have no income. I am the only breadwinner. I’m in a tight situation and I just want my kids to be OK until I get better. Whatever you can contribute to help me, I would greatly appreciate. My kids ages are 20 (in college not working), 16, 8,7,5,3, and 11 months. I missed my newborn’s growth stages. I was diagnosed while pregnant with pulmonary fibrosis. I was in end stage respiratory failure. Between regular and medical bills, I am financially exhausted. Whatever you can find in your hearts to donate I would appreciate it so much. I just need to make ends meet for myself and my babies until I can become healthy and strong enough to return to work.
