<div>This GoFundMe was created on behalf of our dear friend who devastatingly lost his home and most of the neighborhood he grew up in because of the <strong>Palisades Fire</strong>.

<div>Lance and his parents have been in and around Los Angeles for the entirety of Lance's life, and most of that, childhood and beyond, <strong>was spent in the Palisades community</strong>. Their home was one that welcomed anyone and everyone and was a second home to many friends.

<div>Just a couple of days before evacuations began, Lance had left the Palisades to return to college. After a couple of days of dust settling, it became news that <strong>Lance and his parents home had been brought down by the widespread flames</strong>. For Lance, this means that when he returns home after this semester, he won't have the same home or any of the same things to come back to.

<div>Lance and his parents have been some of the most amazing and hard-working friends to thousands of people in their groups and communities in the past, and in light of what has happened, it's our turn to help lend a hand and help restore what we can for Lance and his family.
