Lance Akers has been taking care of of our building at the Golden Gateways for
over ten years. Now he needs our help!
A few years ago, Lance had lung cancer. He had been in remission. Unfortunately, cancer is back. The doctors think they caught the disease early and they hope
modern medicine will save Lance's life again.
While he undergoes treatment, Lance will have an assistant working by his side,
Carlos. He does not want to stay home and worry. Instead he prefers to continue coming to take care of our beloved commons. Speak of a good hearted man and a great attitude!
Through his ordeal, Lance WILL incur a lot of unforseen expenses. He needs our
