The Dog Resort Needs Your Help Now More Than Ever

The Dog Resort Lake City suffered a fire that led to the emergency evacuation of all dogs and employees in the building Wednesday, February 1st, 2023. Our incredible staff acted swiftly to ensure the safety of everyone on site. With the help of first responders and our wonderful community, we were able to complete a full evacuation safely with no losses. Unfortunately, the building that has been a home away from home to staff and pups alike is now closed until further notice.

As we wait for insurance updates we are now facing many financial burdens in the interim. We are working tirelessly to keep our Lake City staff that went above and beyond to ensure the safety of all the dogs they love so much fully employed at our Sodo location. Until we can establish a temporary location on the North end while we rebuild our lake city location all reservations are taking place at Sodo. This means we are also working to provide transportation for staff and dogs between the North and South end. There are many needs we are experiencing that are simply not covered by insurance.

At this time we are asking the community for assistance to keep our operations up and running for all of our Dog Resort Family far and wide.
