<a href="http://www.restonstrong.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">RESTONSTRONG</a>  - love thy neighbor no exceptions.  A community organization founded to help our neighbors with a focus on social justice. This is an effort by #restonstrong to support the owners of Lake Anne Condo association fighting the management for basic needs like hot water since dec 2020 to obtain legal assistance. This go fund me is linked to a Lake Anne bank account operated by the owners and all funds will be deposited directly into the affected lake Anne owners account. Here is the heartbreaking plea for help from the owners:  "Dear Concerned Lake Anne Friends and Family. We are at a crisis point. Dozens of members have been without hot water for 3 months in the middle of winter, while a pandemic rages.  Our community has been mismanaged by a controlling group for over 15 years and as a result our infrastructure has fallen into disrepair. Pipes leaking 300 gallons an hour , thousands of gallons of water is seeping daily, wasting precious water and potentially polluting our lake.  A small group continues to hold our Board and owners hostage, not allowing us to bring in the professionals needed to permanently fix the hot water and leakage issue. They have gone so far as to change the locks on the boiler room door so professionals cannot enter to assess the problem and give an actionable plan.  We know that this is beyond comprehension. The political tentacles here are far reaching and self serving but our community members are suffering as a result. For months, we have done everything in our power to bring the needed logical changes to remedy our Board and our crumbling infrastructure only to be met with a bullying take over of our Board of Directors by the property manager. We have been left no choice but to take the bullies to court and for this we need funds. We have leveraged every option up to this point to no resolution.
