<div>Heat Wav Ladies is an elite girl's flag football program proudly representing young female athletes across the 10U, 14U, and high school divisions. We are dedicated to empowering girls through competitive athletics, discipline, and teamwork, and we’re making waves at the national level.

<div>Our 14U team is currently ranked #1 in the country by Zorts Sports, and our high school team holds a spot in the Top 15 nationally. Both teams recently won championships at the Arizona Cardinals Regional Qualifier, securing coveted invitations to the NFL Flag Nationals in Canton, Ohio, on July 17th.

<div>With female flag football recently added to the 2028 Olympic Games, and over 65 colleges and 15 states now sanctioning the sport, this is a pivotal moment for our athletes. These young women are not just playing, they are paving the way for the future of women’s flag football.
