Hello!

My name is Kyle, and I've been working in sake and shochu for nearly 5 years now. I was accepted to a dream program of mine - a Shochu Masterclass in Kagoshima at the end of October. Only 14 people were allowed into the program, and I'd get to tour distilleries and learn from the makers themselves.

Funds are a little tight right now, and any help to offset the cost of taking work off to attend would be a huge help. Plane tickets/travel in general are very expensive as well.

There is a war on trans people, immigrants, and Palestinians happening in this country and abroad, so I completely understand if you need to prioritize your donations. I will donate any unused funds into supporting these marginalized communities.
