<div>She first went through chemotherapy in India for 2.5 years continuously. Once she got better, she came to Canada to live with us and visit her newborn granddaughter. After about 1.5 years, the cancer came back in full force. Her insurance didnt cover the expense. We paid out of pocket for her immunotherapy and radiation. It was a huge expense, we had to sell our primary home, our rental homes and our vehicles to cover the expense.
