Hi All- I am creating this campaign for my dear friends Lupe & Chris. As well all know, Lupe has dedicated her life to rescuing animals, putting them before herself. Let's support her now with one of her own fur babies as she has so selflessly supported needy animals in our community.

Hello family and friends. –

This is my dog named Kratos. He is only 6 years of age and the best Frenchie any girl could have.

Five months ago, our vet found a tumor inside the depths of his ear canal. Four months of treatment and $2500 later, they misdiagnosed him and wanted us to put him down.

Last week when we finally made the tough decision to have him put to sleep, we decided to get a 3rd and final opinion. This vet advised it wasn't the right thing to do, so we held off on euthanasia. Today during his re-check, we encountered another problem. He possibly has lymphoma. They sent off a biopsy to UGA and will have the results within a week. Depending on these lab results, our NEW vet can determine our next plan of action for his treatment.

What we do know is that our New vet is recommending us go to UGA specialist for our cancer treatment. These last 5 months have been very stressful and difficult but we have been doing the best considering the circumstances. We lost $2,500 on the first vet that got us absolutely nowhere and the vet bills have been taking a toll on us. At this time we are starting to raise funds to continue his visits and possibly start his new treatment in hopes he can make a full recovery.

If you personally know me or Chris you will know that our love for dogs is tremendous. I am also an independent dog rescuer and that has always been my life mission. I’ve helped so many and now my middle son needs help. I ask if anyone is willing to help anything will help and also by sharing and sending prayers. Our family will be forever grateful and kratos most of all. He is still young and he has a bright future ahead of him as currently he’s been responding good to treatment. Este es mi perro llamado kratos, tiene 6 años de edad y es el mejor francés que cualquier chica podría tener. Hace 5 meses, nuestro veterinario encontró un tumor masivo dentro de las profundidades de su canal auditivo. Lo trataron durante 4 meses, lo diagnosticaron mal y después de gastar 2500 dólares en él allí, querían que lo dejéramos.

La semana pasada, cuando finalmente tomamos la difícil decisión de ponerlo a dormir, pero queríamos una tercera y última opinión y la veterinaria dijo que no creía que fuera lo correcto, así que retrasamos la eutanasia. Hoy fuimos a comprobarlo de nuevo y nos encontramos con otro problema. Es muy posible que tenga linfoma, así que tomaron algunos trozos de piel y los enviaron al laboratorio. Lo sabremos dentro de una semana y, dependiendo de estos resultados de laboratorio, nuestro NUEVO veterinario puede determinar nuestro próximo plan de acción para su tratamiento. Lo que sí sabemos es que nuestro nuevo veterinario nos recomienda ir al especialista de UGA para nuestro tratamiento del cáncer. Estos últimos 5 meses han sido muy estresantes y difíciles, pero hemos estado haciendo lo mejor teniendo en cuenta las circunstancias. Perdimos 2.500 dólares en el primer veterinario que no nos llevó a ninguna parte y las facturas del veterinario nos han estado pasando factura. En este momento estamos empezando a recaudar fondos para continuar sus visitas y posiblemente comenzar su nuevo tratamiento con la esperanza de que pueda recuperarse por completo. Si me conoces personalmente a mí o a Chris, sabrás que nuestro amor por los perros es tremendo. También soy un rescatador de perros independiente y esa siempre ha sido mi misión de vida. He ayudado a muchos y ahora mi hijo del medio necesita ayuda. Pregunto si alguien está dispuesto a ayudar, algo ayudará y también compartiendo y enviando oraciones.
