Help Koda get her Knee Surgery

Hey guys,
My name is Koda and I need your help! I am in need of a TPLO knee surgery. I have been living with this injury for the past year and I'm ready to get it fixed. It is very painful and I’m very sore after my walks. My owner and best friend passed away suddenly last year and I have been very lonely without him. I have been living with a family for the past year but due to Covid-19 and my injury, they are no longer able to care for me. I have been a good girl for my foster family and they are considering adopting me! Unfortunately, they are unable to afford my surgery. That’s where you come in!
A little bit about my journey. I started out my life on the streets. My owner and I were homeless for the first year and a half of my life. I learned a lot on the streets. I was always off-leash but made sure to stay close to my owner. I met many different people and dogs who have shaped me into the balance alpha that I am today. Everywhere I went people would give me treats. I learned to squirrel away those treats all over Salt Lake City, so when I got really hungry, I could go find one. I find myself still hiding treats in the yard, if you give them to me outside. Haha!
I loved my owner Nate. We were 2 peas in a pod. He was a delivery driver and I was lucky enough to go with him for his deliveries. I met so many wonderful people. It is the reason I love people so much. Every person I see, I want to meet them and help them have a better day. I am a true balance alpha and because of that my foster mom takes me to her dog training sessions and I help other dogs with socialization. The problem is, after one training session I can barely walk. I need 2 days to recover and I’m missing opportunities to help other dogs. I finally have a job and it has given me a reason to live, even though my best friend is gone, but I’m struggling physically.
I need this knee surgery because I have so much life to live and so many dogs and people to help. These dogs and people need me and I need you. I need your help to get this surgery so I can continue living this new life I have found. The surgery is $2800. I will need rehabilitation after surgery. The sessions of Water Treadmill are $50 a session. The water treadmill will help with a speedy recovery so I will be out helping dogs within 2 months! I am currently on doggie CBD which is $85 per bottle which lasts one month. I will also need meds after the surgery and we will owe fee's to Gofundme. My foster family is doing their best but we need your help!
