Help Kirill & Team Get To Safety

Hi, I'm Thomas from ArmSoar.
As you may know, we have been working closely with Kirill and his team in Kyiv for the past several years. They've made hundreds of models that are enjoyed all over the world by our community.
Kyiv and Ukraine are under siege, and while some of the team were able to evacuate before the attacks, some remain stuck. We're working hard to get Kirill and his team others to safety.
I will not go into the details at this time as some of it may be sensitive to their current situation; we are trying to get out of the country into a neighboring country.
Every step of the way is going to cost significant amounts of money, from leaving Kyiv, to finding a way to cross the border, and if successful, to find a place to stay and building some models so they can work toward self-funding a recovery.
When news broke of the attacks on Kyiv, we were able to send $3,000 USD immediately to Kirill to help with evacuation costs, but it's nowhere near enough.
We are aiming to raise an initial $10,000 CAD (CAD since we are in Canada) to help with any additional costs that may arise from the evacuation. If they're able to get out of the country, it'll take some more to get a place to stay and rebuild. But this is a start and will give them a fighting chance to get out/rebuild. If they are not able to get out of the country, this money will be used to find them shelter and in other ways to maximize their chances of safety, or if there is money remaining and the war is over, it may be used to help them rebuild their lives and work.
To our glider community around the world, please dig into your pockets and help out Kirill and the team. Every $5, $10, and $100 increase their chance of getting to safety and rebuilding their lives.
We will be posting updates as often as possible, but do keep in mind, I will not be posting details and photos until they are out of the country due to risks to personal safety, especially if Ukraine falls.
