<div>De Jeffrey Sanders Musicalschool is een unieke musicalschool waar kinderen de kans krijgen om zichzelf te ontwikkelen in zang, dans en acteren, maar vooral als mens. Wij geloven dat ieder kind talent heeft en een plek verdient waar het zich veilig, gezien en gehoord voelt. Daarom werken wij zonder lesgeld, zodat financiële situaties nooit een reden hoeven te zijn waarom een kind niet mee kan doen. De school draait volledig op vrijwilligers, passie en betrokkenheid.

<div>Binnen onze musicalschool draait het niet om wie de beste is, maar om samenwerken, groeien en jezelf durven zijn. Kinderen leren niet alleen spelen op het podium, maar bouwen ook zelfvertrouwen op, maken vrienden en ontdekken hun eigen kracht. De voorstellingen die wij maken bevatten altijd een maatschappelijke boodschap, omdat wij geloven dat theater mensen kan raken én verbinden.

<div>Om nog meer kinderen deze kans te kunnen geven, hopen wij binnenkort een nieuwe locatie te openen in de regio Veendam &amp; Hoogezand. Daarmee willen wij ook in Groningen een veilige en creatieve plek creëren waar kinderen hun talenten kunnen ontwikkelen, ongeacht hun achtergrond of thuissituatie.

<div>Daarnaast willen wij in Hoogezand/Veendam de indrukwekkende musical Kwetsbaar op de planken brengen. Kwetsbaar is een aangrijpende musical over pesten, buitensluiting, onzekerheid en de gevolgen van woorden en gedrag. De voorstelling laat zien wat pesten met iemand kan doen, maar ook hoe belangrijk begrip, vriendschap en acceptatie zijn. Met muziek, emotie en herkenbare situaties raakt Kwetsbaar zowel kinderen als volwassenen. De musical werd eerder met veel succes opgevoerd en wist veel bezoekers diep te raken.
