I am Kimberly, and I am raising funds for myself as MardiAnne’s mother. My daughter, MardiAnne, is my heart and soul, and I am asking for help during the most painful fight of my life. I am trying to get legal help so I can fight for my disabled daughter after she was taken from me in Colorado. I have not seen her since her birthday on November 21, 2023, and every day without her has been heartbreaking.

Right now, I need support to pay the retainers for a guardianship attorney and a personal injury attorney. These funds will go directly toward getting the legal representation I need to stand up for MardiAnne and fight to bring her back. I never imagined I would be in a position where I had to ask for help like this, but I cannot do this alone.

If you are able to donate, share, or keep us in your prayers, it would mean so much to me. Your support will help me keep moving forward in this fight for my daughter. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for standing with me and with MardiAnne.
