Dear Loved Ones,
Many of you are aware of Deborah’s battle with Ovarian Cancer. For those who are not, she was diagnosed back in 2017 with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer, and immediately began treatment. After her first round of chemo, she underwent surgery to remove the tumor. The surgery was extremely successful. At that time she opted to pursue natural remedies in order to keep the cancer from recurring. Unfortunately, at her routine checkup in May 2018, she was informed it had returned with a vengeance. She was given less than a year to live, and was advised to pursue treatment immediately.
After multiple tests and consultations she has decided not to pursue another torturous round of chemotherapy, and is currently receiving holistic treatment through a Naturopathic Oncologist. We are extremely hopeful this will be a much better fit and will actually strengthen her body to kill the cancer cells that are trying to attack her body.
Since she is no longer covered under insurance, she will be responsible for 100 percent of the cost of treatment. We do not want her to be burdened with the stress of medical bills, so we are banding together to support her in this time of desperate need.
Update: The cost of the first round of treatment was $13,000. Her numbers have all increased, so we have evidence the treatment is working. The last round of this session is November 21st, after which she will begin the next session. We are asking for support, in any amount, to help curb this number. Any donation is a complete blessing, and no contribution is too small. We greatly appreciate the support of all our family and friends. We ask you to please share this with others, as you see fit.
