Help Kenya Bohn fight cancer!

Oak Valley Middle School guidance counselor Kenya Bohn is a superhero to many students!   She is one of the shining stars that have made Oak Valley (and previously Black Mountain) a terrific place for our children.  She was diagnosed with breast cancer in the middle of the 17-18 school year and was supposed to be back at work for good for the 18-19 school year.  Unfortunately she still needs to undergo more treatment and will be out on medical leave again starting August 30th.

Kenya could really use our love and support right now.  She is a single mom with a teenage son, and we pray that she recovers and kicks cancer’s butt!   Hoping she gets a lot of well wishes, hugs and support during this difficult time.
