<div>My friend <strong>Keith Milner</strong> was our sweeper for the Highlanders Football Club. We played in the Northwest Suburban Soccer League for almost 20 years. Keith was a great and vibrant player as well as a businessman representing Centreline of the UK. He was a friend to all and worked hard for a living.

<div>Keith now has vascular dementia and doesn't recognize me or almost anyone else. He does recognize his wife but does not know he is married to her. He just thinks she is a nice person who comes by every now and then.

<div>His wife will be moving to North Carolina and Keith will be moving to an assisted living facility down there as well. The problem is that <strong>Keith's transportation down there will be over $9,000 and there is a huge number of medical as well as housing bills that must be dealt with.</strong> There is no way these can be handled by the family and so I am asking for help from the soccer community and anyone who can help.
