<div>Keith is the type of person who makes your day. Whether he knows you or not, he is always very genuine and a caring person. That’s just who he is. And there is no greater time to help Keith with your words of aspiration, encouragement, and prayers.

<div>As many of you know, our friend and fellow union member, <strong>Keith Booth</strong>, received some very troubling news. He learned in June that there was something wrong. He began visiting with doctors, and through the research of Keith’s medical team, they identified the culprit of his continued pain. <strong>Keith was diagnosed with a form of liver and kidney cancer, stage 4</strong>. These cancers are very aggressive. Keith has continued to put on a strong face in the face of such impossible odds. He has shown the characteristics that we all know and love. He is taking pride in fighting this cancer with the help of his family and friends.

<div>What we are asking is for everyone to take a second and think about the battle that Keith is fighting. He continues to stare down this prognosis with keen bravery and serenity. <strong>We, as an extension of his family, find that it may be helpful for Keith and his immediate family to have a fundraiser to help with unexpected expenses, as well as to aid them in keeping Keith comfortable at this critical time.</strong>
